Educated at the University of Miami on a full tuition debate scholarship, Willy has consistently demonstrated incredible work ethic and leadership skills throughout the course of his career. Over the last four decades, he has worked with countless business executives and their teams, helping them expand operations, acquire companies, buy out partners, sell their businesses, and navigate international markets. His vast experience spans various industries, including technology, manufacturing, aviation, and real estate.

He has held numerous leadership roles, including Co-Vice Chair of the Miami Science Museum, Board Chair of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Florida, and Executive Committee member of the Ambassadors Board at Nova Southeastern University. His dedication to community service is further exemplified by his role as Board Chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Broward County and Board Chair of Hispanic Unity, a nonprofit human service organization dedicated to empowering immigrants and minority groups to become self-sufficient, productive and civically engaged members of American society.
